Na een eerdere bespreking van het fascinerende werk van beeldend kunstenaar Marcel Wesdorp (recent is zijn indrukwekkende videopresentatie ‘Presocratic Landscapes’ in V2 tijdens de Art Week in Rotterdam) heeft (architectuur)filosoof Eric Bolle een boeiende tekst geschreven aan de hand van zes van mijn tekeningen. ‘Onrealiseerbaar’: leidraad is o.a. het werk van Giorgio Agamben en Martin Heidegger.

Ontwerpkracht
Op 6 juli vond in Rotterdam de ‘Dag van de Ontwerpkracht‘ plaats; ‘Verbeeldingskracht als onmisbare schakel tussen het maatschappelijk debat en bestuurlijke besluitvorming’. Eens te meer werd maar al te zeer duidelijk dat we fundamenteel anders zullen moeten nadenken over ‘onze aanwezigheid op aarde’ (vrij naar vm. Belgisch Rijksbouwmeester Leo van Broeck.) Mede met de 4 Ruimtelijke Verkenningen 2023 scenario’s van het PBL werd inzichtelijk gemaakt welke randvoorwaarden de basis kunnen/moeten vormen voor onze keuzes op de lange(re) termijn.

Wonen, status of werkwoord?
Tot eind mei vindt in C-MINE in het Belgische Genk een tentoonstellingf/workshop plaats rond het werk van Enzo Mari. Als overtuigd communist pleitte hij voor een designmethodiek die het voor een ieder mogelijk maakte een actieve, participerende rol te spelen in zijn/haar directe omgeving.
